1. Plug flash disk into your computer
2. Open control panel
3. Open user accounts
4. Click on create a password reset disk
5. Click on next
6. Click on next (by default flash disk will be selected)
7. Click on next 
8. Enter your password of windows
9. Click on next
10. After completion of process click on next
11. Click on finish
